Collect league fees and team dues through Stripe. Standard Stripe fees apply plus a small platform fee (3% on Pro, 1.5% on League) to keep Pitch Pilot running and improving.
When you collect payments through Pitch Pilot via Stripe, a small platform fee is applied on top of standard Stripe processing fees. Pro plans have a 3% platform fee, and League plans have a reduced 1.5% fee. This fee helps us maintain and improve the platform.
Pitch Pilot uses Stripe for online payments, which provides secure, PCI-compliant processing. You can also track offline payments (cash, Venmo, checks) within the platform. We don't currently support connecting other payment processors.
You can add teams at any time. The Starter plan supports up to 10 teams for free. If you need more, upgrade to Pro or League for unlimited teams. Pricing scales with your team count, so you only pay for what you use.
Yes. On the League plan, you can group multiple teams under a club with director-level administration. This includes cross-team registration, multi-team discounts, and centralized management across divisions and age groups.
