By accessing or using Pitch Pilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
Pitch Pilot is a soccer league management platform that provides tools for creating and managing leagues, teams, match schedules, player statistics, communications, and related features. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Platform ("User Content"), including team information, match data, announcements, and other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pitch Pilot. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Pitch Pilot currently offers its core features free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers or premium features in the future. Any paid services will be subject to additional terms and pricing disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of any services at any time with reasonable notice.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
